Preamble
We, the members of Aboutpeoples Party of Australia, commit ourselves to upholding the rights, responsibilities and democratic principles of the Australian people. Guided by the NSW Constitution and the Commonwealth Constitution, we form this party to promote leadership, friendship, public service and active civic participation in every community across the nation.
Name, Purpose & Domicile
Section 1 Name
The organisation shall be known as Aboutpeoples Party of Australia.
Section 2 Nature and Purpose
APA is a voluntary organisation formed to promote constitutional awareness, fundamental rights, civic participation, leadership, friendship, and service to the Australian community.
Section 3 Domicile
The principal office of APA shall be based in Australia, with administrative presence as required across states and territories.
