2023 Result Fairfield

A grassroots start and a swing worth building on

At the 2023 NSW Legislative Assembly election for the Electoral District of Fairfield, Severino Lovero stood as an Independent with almost no time and no party machinery behind him. The result was a genuine grassroots signal.

  • 3,210 first-preference votes
  • 6.8% of the primary vote
  • +6.8% swing to Independent
  • Ahead of Greens, Legalise Cannabis & Public Education Party

In 2027, with more time and a growing community behind APA, we intend to build on that swing.
